Summary
This website does not have forms, accounts, a newsletter or a shopping cart. It does not ask you to type in any personal information. The only way to contact us is by phone, and that is where most of the information we handle comes from.
Phone calls
When you call the number on this site, the call may be routed through a call-tracking provider. That provider may record the call, and it logs basic details such as your phone number, the time and length of the call, and the page or source that led to it. We use this to route your call to a suitable local provider, to check call quality, and to understand which pages are useful.
During the call you may tell us your name, the address of the job or event, your dates and what you need. We share those details with the independent local rental company we refer you to, so that it can quote and deliver. Once your details reach that company, its own privacy practices apply.
We do not sell your personal information.
Website visits
The hosting service that delivers these pages keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, for security and to keep the site running. This site does not run advertising trackers or set marketing cookies of its own.
The display font is served from this site itself, so your browser does not contact a third-party font service.
How long information is kept
Call records and recordings are kept by the call-tracking provider for as long as its service settings allow, and then deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period by the host.
Your choices
You do not have to give any information to use this website. If you would rather not have a call recorded, say so at the start of the call or do not call. To ask about information connected with a call you made, call the number on this site and we will tell you what we can find and remove it where we are able to.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
